Scholarship title: Oprah's National High School Essay Contest

Oprah's National High School Essay Contest is available to students who are currently enrolled full time in a public or state-accredited private or parochial school in grades 9-12. You must submit an essay of no more than 1,000 words in length that answers the question: "Why is the book Night by Elie Wiesel relevant today?" Winners will receive a two day/one night trip for two to Chicago.
Entries must be sent via mail only and postmarked no later than February 6 and received by February 9 Please visit the sponsor's Web site for additional information.
