The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions Scholarship is available to juniors and seniors at a minority serving institution. You must be pursuing a degree in an area related to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to be considered for this award. This award provides tuition and fees, internship stipend, and housing allowance for two years.
