The National Foundation for Women Legislators/National Rifle Association Bill of Rights Essay Contest is open to any college-bound female high school junior or senior. To be eligible for this award, you must submit a 400- to 600- word essay on American "champions of liberty," two letters of reference and the name of a woman legislator who is sponsoring you. This award includes a $3,000 scholarship and an expenses-paid trip to the National Foundation for Women Legislators' Annual Conference.
