The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals is available to young American professionals between the ages of 18 and 24 who wish to gain an understanding of everyday life, education and professional training in Germany. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for this award: U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status, have a high school diploma, career goals, relevant work experience, a strong interest in international and German affairs and a strong sense of American identity.
