The CHCI Scholarship Award is available to Latino students who are enrolled full time in an accredited community college, four-year university or graduate/professional program. You must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident and demonstrate financial need, good writing skills and consistent participation in public service-oriented activities to be eligible for this award.
