Scholarship title: Buckingham Memorial Scholarship

The Buckingham Memorial Scholarship is open to students attending an accredited four-year college or university who are the children, natural or by adoption, of a person serving, or having served as an air traffic control specialist. You must be pursuing a bachelor's degree, be a U.S. citizen, and have a minimum of 30 semester hours (45 quarter hours) still to be completed before graduation to be considered for this award.
