The ACLU Stand Up for Freedom PSA Contest is available to students who are aged 17-29. You must either produce an ACLU public service announcement (PSA) TV spot or write an essay about crucial civil rights and civil liberty issues. PSA entries can include anything from live action to animation to claymation. Essay entries must be an original work of fiction, nonfiction, humor or poetry. Approved topics include the USA Patriot Act, racial justice and censorship.
