This scholarship is for students of Hispanic heritage who will be undergraduate freshmen during the 2014-2015 academic year, or who are transferring from a two-year institution to a four-year institution during the 2014-2015 academic year. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program at a US accredited institution in the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Guam; have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; and be US citizens, legal permanent residents, or eligible non-US citizens. Applicants must apply for federal financial aid by completing the FAFSA.
